Intellectual and Industrial Property and Domain Names

Price Information
The retail prices displayed on https://rhythmcorner.pt/ and its subdomains are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
Shipping costs may be borne by the User and will be added to the total value of the selected products. These charges will be communicated to the User before confirming the order and completing the purchase. Rhythm Corner reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the prices indicated at the time of placing the order will be honored.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or other error causing a significant deviation in the retail price—making it unreasonably high or obviously incorrect—the purchase order will be considered invalid. The User will be notified before payment is processed. If payment has already been made, the User will be reimbursed in full.
Conditions of Purchase
Product Availability
All products on the Rhythm Corner website are available for order through our e-commerce platform, unless marked as out of stock. Product availability is limited and managed through our inventory system, and items may become unavailable without prior notice.
If a product is out of stock after an order has been paid for, Rhythm Corner will inform the Customer and either schedule a new delivery as soon as the item becomes available in our distribution centers or issue a full refund within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date the unavailability is confirmed.
Deliveries and Costs
Additional shipping or delivery charges may apply to products purchased on the Rhythm Corner website and will be added to the total price of the selected items. Customers will be informed of these charges, as well as the total order price, before confirming their purchase. Rhythm Corner reserves the right to modify these charges at any time; however, the rates and prices in effect at the time the order is placed will always be honored.
Invoice
If the Customer does not provide their VAT number, name, and address, the invoice will be issued in the name of "Final Consumer." To receive an invoice with a VAT number, all required details (VAT number, name, and address) must be provided during registration. Once an invoice has been issued, it cannot be reissued.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed through our secure payment systems. The Customer will receive written confirmation of the sale and the expected delivery date or availability for collection.
Rhythm Corner delivers products purchased on the website to mainland Portugal, as well as the Azores and Madeira archipelagos, via our logistics partners. Deliveries to PO boxes are not available.
Within the indicated territories, the Customer may choose to have the item delivered to a preferred address or to a Rhythm Corner pickup location, depending on the product type and subject to delivery conditions.
Order Tracking
Rhythm Corner will notify the Customer of their order status and expected delivery date via email and/or SMS through our customer management systems.
Order Cancellation
Without prejudice to the Right of Free Resolution mentioned in Section 8.3, the Customer may request cancellation of an order on the Rhythm Corner website until the items are prepared for dispatch. This can be done by contacting Rhythm Corner Customer Support via our online channels, social media, or by telephone at +351920491023, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Errors
Any programming errors, system malfunctions, or distortions in messages (including typographical errors) are excluded from liability, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
Dispatch of Orders
All orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partners (CTT, DHL, or DPD). Orders are processed on business days until 5:00 PM. Once payment is confirmed, orders are dispatched via our distribution network to the address provided by the Customer.
Rhythm Corner reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any orders where the final price is incorrect, outdated, or affected by a programming error.
Rhythm Corner also reserves the right to cancel any orders for which payment has not been received within 5 business days of the order completion date.
Privacy Policy
The Personal Data provided through interactions with the Site will be processed and stored by Rhythm Corner in accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Rhythm Corner recommends carefully reading the Privacy Policy, which provides important information on how personal data is handled, our security standards, and the rights of data subjects.
